We are seeking data scientists to join our new Emerging Technology team. You will work in a cross-disciplinary research team to explore and develop new solutions for solving the toughest challenges within water environments. We have some of the most advanced technology for modeling the world of water and managing our water environments. The Emerging Technology team will exploit new technologies within Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Digital Twin and Cloud Computing in combination with our existing technology and profound knowledge and experience, representing 50+ years of dedicated research and real-life experience from more than 140 countries.

Required skills, qualifications and experience

  • A Masters or Doctorate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline
  • Strong working knowledge within different areas of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
  • Proficient with one or more programming languages ​​such as Python, R and C #
  • Experience with Machine Learning tools such as scikit-learn and Keras / TensorFlow
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in developing business solutions using Machine Learning is preferred
  • Experience working with cloud computing platforms such as Microsoft Azure is preferred
  • Ability to work in an agile and cross-disciplinary team
  • A curious and innovative mind set and ability to quickly adopt new methodologies and technologies
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English
