Student Assistant, Novozymes OneHealth, Lyngby, Denmark
Novozymes OneHealth is a newly established platform at Novozymes that develops innovative products to improve the health of people. We are a high-energy team with diverse backgrounds on a mission to develop solutions mainly aimed at the consumer care space. We focus on probiotics, enzymes, and other bioactives and base their development on strong scientific hypotheses and identified consumer demand.

We seek a student assistant to support the team with their everyday work and helping them with their administrative tasks. You should expect a steep learning curve and a dynamic and challenging workday in which close team work and an engaging culture is highly valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel booking
  • Meeting booking
  • Expense Reporting
  • Helping with practical tasks e.g. ordering of courier services, catering, office supplies, onboarding, printing
  • Contact person for consultants
  • Assist at events
  • IT go-to-person for meetings
  • Maintenance of website

The job is based in Lyngby at our new Innovation Campus reporting to the Head of Marketing. The required commitment is 15-20 hours per week. The schedule is flexible during exam periods.
