Student Assistant with a flair for problem solving

Join us in this role where you’ll be part of delivering understandable data to management that enables them to make strategic decisions on IT and digital initiatives. This requires that you engage and communicate with stakeholders across the business/organisation to understand and support their digitalisation requests towards IT, analyse data, and put together PowerPoint presentations. You’ll also be developing and operating our IT performance setup which requires that you take ownership of the process

Welcome to Digital Transformation
You’ll be part of the Digital & IT Strategy CoE where you, together with your colleagues, will bring the digital agenda forward, by engaging with business stakeholders and facilitating the digital transformation in Ørsted in general. As a team, we value cross-functional collaboration to utilise the different capabilities within the team. We e.g. hold weekly problem-solving meetings where we give input to and discuss each other's or joint projects. As a team, we though we are a small team with diverse backgrounds, have a strong social dynamic, which creates a positive and supportive work environment.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • setting up and testing hypothesis to find solutions to problems
  • supporting creation of PowerPoint slides to be presented to the management
  • structuring data to derive meaningful insights
  • attending meetings with the business to collect data
  • identifying root causes of complex issues and developing actionable solutions

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are currently enrolled in the last year of your Bachelor or in the first year of your Master study
  • have problem solving skills and strategic mindset
  • have knowledge in cost benefit and data analysis and basic understanding how digitalisation supports the business
  • have knowledge in PowerPoint and Excel
  • have excellent communication skills to foster a collaborative work with stakeholders.
