The Graduate Program
Our Graduate Program is a 2-year journey tailored to your ambitions and skills. You will have 3 rotations in key departments to get hands-on experience with how technology shapes and influences energy trading in MFT Energy. From day one, you’ll collaborate with experts, work on impactful projects, and be given autonomy to make a difference.

The Technology Track
In the Technology Track, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the tools and systems that power our trading operations. Technology at MFT Energy isn’t just about keeping up—it’s about driving innovation.

As a Technology Graduate, you will experience:

• Collaborative Development: We work closely with the business, ensuring agile processes and rapid feedback loops to deliver optimal solutions.
• Decentralized Decision-Making: Developers and squads collaborate autonomously with stakeholders, avoiding bureaucratic bottlenecks and leveraging their proximity to the business.
• Focus on Innovation and Technical Excellence: We actively address technical debt, maintain an open Tech Radar to stay ahead of technological developments, and ensure technical expertise across the organization.
• Knowledge Sharing and Personal Growth: We’re committed to your growth, both personal and professional. In our culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing is key, and you’ll have supportive colleagues to mentor and guide you. Every project is designed to challenge you and help you reach your full potential.

By the end of the program, you’ll be well-prepared to lead technological initiatives and support the future of energy trading.

About you
You are passionate about technology and how it can be leveraged to solve real business problems. You are a quick learner, have a curious mind, and are comfortable taking ownership and thrive in an environment that offers flexibility and responsibility. You have a proactive communication approach when collaborating with stakeholders and understand that unity is the key to success.

Moreover, you:

• Have completed a master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field in 2024 or 2025.
• Might have experience with C#
• Might have contributed to open-source projects.
• Are fluent in English, both spoken and written, as it is our corporate language
