The Graduate Program
Our Graduate Program is a 2-year journey tailored to your ambitions and skills. You will have 3 rotations in key departments to get hands-on experience leveraging quantitative data analytics and technology for power trading. From day one, you’ll collaborate with experts, work on impactful projects, and be given autonomy to make a difference.

The Trading Analytics Track
In the Trading Analytics Track, you will explore how technology and data analytics drive trading strategies. Dive deep into energy fundamentals and trade data, construct sophisticated forecasting models, and develop and optimize automated trading strategies using technology and statistics.

As a Trading Analytics Graduate, you will:

• Collaborate closely with traders and stakeholders, ensuring rapid feedback loops to deliver impactful insights and solutions.

• Empower decision-making by analysing trends, uncovering opportunities, and making data-driven decisions without unnecessary red tape.

• Develop cutting-edge models, optimize strategies, and actively contribute to a culture that values innovation and technical excellence.

• Share insights and work as part of a unified team to tackle challenges with creativity, leveraging data to shape future trading success.

About you
We imagine you have a strong interest in technology and quantitative data analytics, coupled with a methodical approach to tackling complex tasks. You have a logical mind and strong problem-solving skills. You are comfortable taking ownership and thrive in an environment that offers flexibility and responsibility. You are eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to shared goals, knowing that unity is the key to success.

Moreover, you:

• Have completed a master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field in 2024 or 2025.

• Have experience with coding and data visualization tools

• Are fluent in English, both spoken and written, as it is our corporate language
