Graduate Architect for 3XN - Sydney

3XN is looking for a talented graduate architect to join us full-time in our Sydney Studio. You must have the right to work in Australia - Starting date as soon as possible. 

You will be working with our local and internationally based team on various Australasian projects within an innovative, design-oriented, fast-paced environment. The culture at 3XN is collaborative, creative, and founded on Scandinavian values and design thinking.

Requirements 

• Eligible for working in Australia
• Bachelor or master’s degree in architecture
• Strong abilities with Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite; preferably with Grasshopper and Dynamo skill set as well
• Ability to take direction from project leaders and work to meet deadlines on time
• Strong conceptual design skills working with both digital and physical model making
• The ability to develop design options and ideas both individually and in collaboration with the project team
• Experience with producing and maintaining drawing sets preferred, but not required
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Written and spoken Korean considered an advantage
• You must be a team player, self-directed, and highly motivated
• Candidates must feel comfortable in a creative and dynamic environment
• Have a strong work ethic, but a “team first” mentality
