An outstanding chance to kick-start your career
The GROW Programme is a 2-year graduate programme within the Danish business group that is designed to give you valuable functional working experience within the first years of your career. You can look forward to two years of hard work, demanding tasks, and a steep learning curve.
The programme consists of two 12-month rotations including a one month thorough introduction period that provides you with an important foundation of business knowledge.
Depending on your educational background, interest and experience, you may apply for one of three different functional tracks:
Marketing – Innovate to succeed and driving category growth
During your two years in marketing you will learn to work with a mix of brands, categories such as yoghurt, cheese and cooking and product management. The rotations will be in our Milk, Yoghurt and Powder category, followed by a rotation within Category and Brand Management in Cooking.
Sales – Customer Intimacy and Foodservice
The sales track offers you the opportunity to work with consumer & channel insights and category development, as well as strengthening our relationship with retailers and customers. You will get to know the mechanisms of a dynamic sales department and how to constantly adapt to changes in the market both within retail and foodservice.
Finance – Arla Finance and Commercial Forecasting
In Finance you will be involved in the advanced way we drive and track our financial performance. Furthermore, you will support our business units, work with financial forecasting and track sales performance – this in close cooperation with the sales department.
Throughout the two years there will be a strong focus on your professional and personal development. All GROW graduates will be assigned a personal mentor and attend tailor made learning modules, which aim at teaching core business aspects, important work tools and how to build a career in Arla.
Can-do-attitude, drive and ready to take on a challenge
You have either up to 24 months work experience or you have finalized or are about to complete your Master’s degree within a discipline that qualifies you for one of our functional tracks. Furthermore, you have international experience from exchange programmes, internships or other relevant experience abroad.
We are looking for strong individuals with a proactive mindset who are result-oriented and able to adapt to change. Furthermore, you are able to work as part of a team and enjoy learning new things in a fast-paced environment. Hence, you have excellent people skills and can engage the people around you with your drive and passion.
