To join our team in Copenhagen, we are excited to welcome an Event Coordinator/Social Media Assistant, passionate to create and facilitate inspiring network events, mornings boosters, Friday bars etc. and to help the Marketing team with developing and creating content for our Social Media channels. The job has two sides to it. On one hand, it is your responsibility to build strong attendance of leading and skilled business people, by creating an inspirational setting and driving inspiring, targeted marketing. Your goal is to create customer centric experiences that runs smoothly supporting the core business of UserTribe.
On the other hand, it will be your responsibility to create content for our Social Media Channels and implement it into campaigns. Together with the marketing team, you will also be working on the overall Social Media strategy to ensure that UserTribe can attract the right stakeholders to the UserTribe Community.

To create valuable results, you will need a wide palette of communication skills including the core and body of strategic marketing. You are to manage projects from A-Z ensuring capturing the essential details that makes great off- and online experiences extraordinary.

Your tasks:

  • Facilitate and drive events from A-Z
  • Build strong event-attendance through inspirational Marketing
  • Develop new events
  • Contact and build relations to business partners and co-workers
  • Develop content for our SoMe channels
  • Create, implement and manage campaigns via SoMe
  • Various ad hoc tasks

Essential qualities:

  • Organized, structured and self-driven
  • Independent, committed and dedicated
  • Outgoing, curious and explorative
  • Comfortable in a fast moving and hectic environment
  • Highly developed communication and marketing skills
  • Experience working with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Higher education
  • Fluent in Danish and English
