Are you interested in working with Benefits and M&A assistance in a global environment? Then we have an open position as Specialist in our Total Rewards team.

This will be a great opportunity for you to be a part of a diverse team of Total Rewards colleagues from all over the world, who support all areas of the business in more than 50 countries. The Total Rewards team is setting strategies as well as driving implementation and maintenance of incentive programs, performance management, salary reviews, positioning, benefits and global mobility solutions.

Benefit projects, M&A support and development
We are looking for an HR Specialist to support global Benefit projects such as Mergers & Acquisitions support, integration of acquired companies, ongoing benefit alignment projects and global company car rules. You will act as a change agent in benefit projects and when we implement changes in Total Rewards strategies. You will communicate changes and needs proactively to HR Business Partners and local HR Operations.

Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Participate in ongoing benefit analyses, where you will cooperate with HR Operations in Danfoss entities worldwide to find local benefit solutions
  • Analyze data to form basis for assessing benefit strategies, including process descriptions
  • Support projects related to rolling out new benefit strategies
  • Participate in Total Rewards integration of acquired companies in cooperation with your colleagues in the Total Rewards team and HR Business Partners
  • Maintain Danfoss Global Company Car Rules, including support to HR Operations in Danfoss entities worldwide
  • Assist the Total Rewards Team in general, where needed

Required education and work experience:

  • Masters or other advanced degree in Economics, Business or HR
  • One to two years business experience, preferably within Finance or HR. You might also be newly graduated with relevant experience as a student worker
  • Passion for HR, change management and numbers

Specific knowledge and skills:

  • Ability to collect, compare and analyze input in order to prepare and present solutions
  • Excellent skills in Excel
  • Flair for thinking out of the box
  • Ability and courage to challenge existing solutions, strategies and processes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Manage conflicting priorities
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality at all times
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as conceptual planning skills
  • Ability to identify and anticipate needs and make recommendations for implementation

Your development:
Our intention with this position is to gradually develop your skills within the benefit area as well as other Total Rewards areas. We anticipate your development will follow the below path:

  • You will start out by being trained within core benefit areas, while participating in ongoing analysis and project support
  • You will during the initial phase be introduced to the working areas and strategies for the other Total Rewards areas
  • Gradually, we expect you to take more and more responsibility:
    • Taking more lead on ongoing benefit analyses
    • Support in building and maintaining M&A process descriptions
    • Act as sparring partner within the benefit area in relation to solutions and changes
    • Learn and perform change management and stakeholder management
    • Proactively take contact to HR Operations in Danfoss entities worldwide
    • Taking the role as leader of projects
    • Proactively start suggesting changes in strategies and finding new strategic focus areas
    • Have daily responsibility within some areas
    • As part of this development get more knowledge and possibility to support within other Total Rewards areas
