Student Assistant - Employer branding



Are you a structured student thriving with a lot of responsibility? You now have the opportunity to become KMDs new HR student assistant.
You will become a part of a large dynamic HR department which consists of 30 people, who work with everything from personnel law to employer branding. Your primary assignments will take place in the Talent Management department which is responsible for learning & development, recruitment, employer branding and other strategic HR projects.
About the job
As our new student assistant in Talent Management, you will have your own areas of responsibility just like the rest of our team. Your primary responsibility is to run and assist employer branding initiatives including both HR and communication tasks.
Other related tasks in this position are:

  • Create employer branding communications materials
  • Assist on running large campaigns across media
  • Help develop our employer branding strategy
  • Coordinate events and career fairs on Danish universities
  • Ad hoc tasks

Working hours will be approximately 15 hours a week. The job is very flexible and in exam periods, it will be possible to work from home.
Furthermore, you will be part of a strong student network where there are opportunities to participate in exciting and educational events. Though the network, there is also a great opportunity to achieve a large network across the entire company.
About you
You are an ambitious student at the end of your bachelor education or at the beginning of your Master education within marketing, communication, human resources or something similar. You thrive with a large variety of assignments and put great effort in structuring your work. Furthermore, you have good communicating skills and thrive in an open office environment with a dynamic work culture.
Moreover, we expect you to be:

  • Independent, detail oriented and organized
  • A strong communicator
  • A team player
  • Outgoing
  • Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
