We have grown from 25 to over 70 people in less than 6 months and are on mission to bring our product to markets all around the world. You will be working day-to-day with former McKinsey, Oliver Wyman, and Kunde & Co profiles, providing you with ample opportunity to learn from the best.

What are we offering?
To join our team in Copenhagen, we are excited to welcome a HR & Corporate Development Intern driven by the desire to help facilitate as well as further develop our HR processes and organisational development during the rapid growth we are currently experiencing. You will also help facilitate the transition from a Growth company to a well established company, and will be part of establishing innovations throughout the company on this exciting journey.

In the position as HR & Corporate Development Intern you will get challenged, grow and learn as you will become familiar with all the aspects within HR which will give you a larger understanding of internal organisational structures and organisational processes as well as how the facilitation of an organisational culture is established, kept and communicated.

What would your mission be?

  • Manage HR projects from A-Z
  • Help innovate, optimize and make processes more efficient
  • Help cover the recruiting process from creating job descriptions to onboard new employees
  • Help further develop our onboarding processes to become department specific eg. by developing training programs
  • Help with administrative HR tasks internally in the organisation such as contract management and interview setup
  • Help build and establish an improved offboarding programe

Who are we looking for?

  • You have an understanding of organisational culture as well as good communication and people skills
  • You have an innovative mindset where you are always looking for possible improvements
  • You are currently studying in a relevant field such as Human Resource Management or similar
  • You are fully fluent in English both written and spoken

  • You are able to work independently and must possess a strong can-do attitude
  • You have a “Switched on” drive and a desire to help build the best working environment posible
  • Well-structured and analytical approach to work tasks
  • You are able to work closely with other functions within the company to ensure the most valuable solutions organisation wide
  • You are passionate, you dare to test, fail and learn and are happy in a fast-changing environment

We are located at Bremerholm 4, 1069 København K. in a nice office with a light-hearted atmosphere. The tempo is high, and you can expect a challenging workday.
