Are you interested in an internship in a professionel and inspiring environment where you gain insight into all aspects of HR and practical experience with recruitment and employer branding?

RECRUTING AND EMPLOYER BRANDING AS AN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY We are searching for two skilled and committed interns to our People & Culture department. You will become a part of a recruitment team consisting of 10 committed colleagues and you will gain insight into all of our HR activities and the appertaining challenges. You will be in charge of recruiting the interns of the upcoming semester where you will be responsible for the flow of the recruitment process from job advertisement, screening and job interviews to the selection of candidates. You will also be in charge of our job fairs and cooperation with the universities along with events and courses where we profile the company as a part of our employer branding strategy. You will have a great network within the organization and you understand the values of ambassadorship and messages when you participate in job fairs and events along with a team of qualified colleagues who have a background in IT.

You will be working with the following type of tasks:

  • Recruitment of 20-25 interns and student workers from different study programmes – primarily IT
  • Manage and participate in job fairs and events throughout the country
  • New strategic activities or campaigns that supports our employer branding strategy, such as strengthening our strategic cooperation with the universities regarding guest lectures, company visits etc.
  • Production and publication of job advertisement and management of the job banks
  • Employer branding on LinkedIn and Facebook and production of employee stories for our website
  • Assisting your colleagues in their tasks where you will be assigned different HR ad hoc tasks

The internship will last 5-6 months from January/February 2019. The internship is a fulltime position, but we are of course flexible in relation to your study programme and requirements in terms of ECTS points. The position is payed.

PROACTIVE AND COMITTED You are studying a relevant Master’s degree with a HR focus. You have a sense of order and are capable of bringing your ideas to life. You are outgoing and willing to take on new tasks and handle new challenges. You are also capable of working independently and planning your own work day since freedom with responsibility is an essential part of our business philosophy. In your daily work you will receive a lot of sparring and opportunities to solve tasks together with qualified colleagues. It is important that you speak and write fluently Danish and are well formulated in English. It is an advantage if you have experience with InDesign and Photoshop, but not a requirement.

To a large extent, you are responsible for planning your own work day and after a thorough introduction to the project and domain, you will be able to independently solve your own tasks in the team.
