We are looking for a self-driven Student with interest in processes optimization and change management. This is an opportunity for you to learn about back-office processes, settlement of securities and change management.

Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Settlement DK, where we are a team of 30 enthusiastic members that act as one team heading a wide range of task related to Securities Settlement. We have an ambitious change agenda, and we are all working to support the execution.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Being part of daily operation
  • Supporting the implementation of process optimization initiatives
  • Supporting deliveries on various projects
  • Playing a role in creating and maintaining out Daily Data Cockpits

The role is based in Taastrup. The team has a great global collaboration with all our colleagues in the Settlement teams across Nordea. We prioritize an open and honest dialogue with all our Stakeholders.

Your profile and background:

  • Being enrolled in a relevant bachelor's program, e.g. Business Administration.
  • Having interest in process optimization
  • Being self-driven and able to take ownership for deliveries and deadlines.
  • Having good communication skills in written and spoken Danish and English
  • Being a great team player, service minded, conscious and optimistic.
