Join Financial Controlling
In our Financial Controlling team, you join 10 colleagues who oversee the running of the global Bang & Olufsen business. While 3 of us are based abroad, the rest of us work at our HQ in Struer where you will join us 5 days a week. Here, we offer you free lunch and accommodation together with other interns if you study at a Danish university far away from Struer.

Partake in far-reaching process optimisation
As part of a team that manages financial compliance on a global scale, you will get ample opportunity to put your hard-won skills to the test and support your controller colleagues in tasks primarily related to an extensive process optimisation agenda. Specifically, you spend your time:

• Assisting in process optimisation, observing opportunities for improvement and automation and identifying challenges ahead
• Subtracting data from SAP and other systems as well as looking through master data, streamlining the data and ensuring shared benchmarks
• Managing local accounting and assisting with balancing accounts
• Attending meetings to observe how compliance is facilitated across all departments

From your very first day, you will get a personal mentor who will make sure to focus on your competencies, where you need support and where you are ready to take independent action. Moreover, we offer a structured stay, but also a wide degree of flexibility and freedom to let you pursue the projects you find meaningful.

Furthermore, you will participate in our onboarding programme where you will be thoroughly introduced to Bang & Olufsen as a global company together with other interns and new employees.

Collaborative business economics student

• You are studying for a master’s degree in business economics (e.g. cand.oecon. or cand.merc.) with approx. 1 year left of your studies
• You are fluent in both English and Microsoft Excel
• You are ready to join our team in Struer 5 days a week from late summer 2019

On a personal level, you are outgoing and ready to work independently with a keen eye for details and the accuracy needed in a stock market listed organisation.
