Student Assistant – HR



Do you want to strengthen your competencies within Human Resources? Then this might be the right job for you. (15-20 hours per week)

Satair, Copenhagen is currently looking for a dedicated student assistant to join our HR department. As our new Student Assistant you will be a part of a dynamic team of four colleagues, where you will have the opportunity to make a difference. The start date is flexible, but preferably by April 1, 2019.

Key responsibilities
You will mainly support the HR Team on administrative tasks, but you will also be involved in new interesting HR projects.

There is a great range of tasks and with the right competencies and dedication; you will get the opportunity to take part in many of them. The tasks include:

  • Registration and archiving of various personnel data in our HR systems
  • Running and updating various HR statistics
  • Supporting on time registration
  • Assisting on recruitment administration, posting job ads on our online application system and managing correspondence with unsolicited applicants
  • Preparing welcome and onboarding material
  • Maintaining and updating HR policies and Employee Manual
  • Supporting the HR team with various ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Assisting at our Frontdesk

We expect that you

  • are an enrolled master student on the cand.soc.HRM, cand.merc.HRM or similar education
  • are an experienced user of MS Office
  • have a good business acumen
  • speak and write fluent English and Danish
  • are structured and analytical
  • are an independent team player – and you can identify tasks and assist where needed
