About the position
For our Offshore Technology Processes & Tools department we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Student Worker within the Planning and Reporting process area.

In this role you will acquire a high-level understanding of current processes and tools within the task and project tracking area and more importantly support and improve these areas with the use of existing IT tools. Once a high level of the IT landscape is reached, the business will rely on your support to make sure project and task management data is maintained through technical support. Your role will be to support the Offshore Technology with value adding information on its performance through in person alignments and use of advanced applications.

What are my responsibilities in this position?

  • Provide professional support towards the business in different planning and resource IT tools to bring the best out of the Project portfolio performance.
  • Handle different applications, processes and workflows around project management and being responsible for the day-to-day operation as well as the refinement of these to the business’ requirements.
  • Analyze, structure and maintain data within the systems.
  • Fulfil independently ad-hoc reporting requests from business.
  • Manage technical preparation of trainings and workshops.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • You are an enrolled Master student in the fields of Project Management, Business Intelligence, Information Systems and Development, Engineering Management, Business Administration or similar fields.
  • You have outstanding and proven skills of MS Office (Excel, Power Point) and knowledge of JIRA, VBA programming and databases will be an advantage.
  • You have a customer focused mindset by a common-sense approach and you have the ability to oversee and understand multiple processes, how these interlinks and which purposes they serve.
  • You possess excellent communication skills in English, in speaking as well as in writing and can constructively address issues on all levels of the organization.
  • In the first 2 months, it is expected to undergo a steep learning curve but is very important that you as a person are proactive, structured, detail-orientated and eager to learn. You are positive and enjoy providing efficient systems and support to those around you. Furthermore, you thrive in a multicultural environment.

Workplace is Brande, and we expect you to be able to work 15-25 hours per week, spread on 2-4 days.
