Student Assistant for Customer Support



3Shape is looking for a passionate and high performing student assistant to join our Customer Care team located at 3Shape HQ in Copenhagen, right next to Kongens Nytorv. You will work closely with our project managers, as well as our support managers and team-leads around the world, on planning and implementing improvement initiatives – to elevate the end-user support experience.

Your responsibilities:
Your primary tasks will be to support both the project managers and the Director of Customer Care with coordinating and driving progress on improving end-user support.

On a daily basis, you will interact with our global support team made up of over one hundred energetic, multi-cultural and talented professionals located over 7 sites, with a passion for solving problems and delivering a high-quality support service to our reselling partners around the world.

The position offers a unique opportunity to develop a project management toolbox and get experience with acting as a junior consultant on driving projects, where you could own smaller workstreams. Therefore, it is important that you have a commercial mindset and that no task is too small for you, whether it is following up, preparing PowerPoint slides for status meetings or making ad hoc analyses. In return, you’ll be shown how to navigate in a truly innovative and global organization.

Overall, we believe that you are:

  • Probably on the last year of your bachelor’s degree, or alternatively in the first year of your master’s within economics or similar.
  • A self-starter who is ambitious to deliver, with a flair for numbers and excellent presentation abilities in PowerPoint.
  • Motivated by curiosity, playfulness and new learnings – we are not looking for crazy, but a touch of wacky goes a long way while we do serious business.

Further responsibilities include:

  • Playing an active role in our weekly team meeting by taking ownership of the presentation and what goes into it.
  • Participating in the preparation of our Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Reporting on support performance KPIs from PowerBI or CRM, ad-hoc analysis and various presentations.

Weekly workload is 15-20 hours/week with mutual flexibility around exams and 3Shape peak periods. You should be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
