Your future responsibilities
We are a part of Group CIO Office where we support management within different parts of our technology organization, to help drive strategic change. In IT Students, we need students who have passion for technology and are interested in supporting strategic initiatives.

Key tasks for this position include – but are not limited to:

  • Contribute with preparing decision-making material
  • Support with process mapping and optimization
  • Contribute to problem solving and assist with maturing new concepts
  • Follow-up on actions and collect input on initiatives
  • Ad-hoc technical support (e.g. assist with data sensemaking and automating processes)
  • Ad-hoc tasks related to projects and managers

You will be part of a student team that is currently comprised of 15 students in Denmark and Poland that work in different areas within IT. The weekly working time will be approximately 15 hours. The position is located in Copenhagen.

Your profile and background:

To become a success in this role you must be structured, detail-oriented, prepared to take responsibility and show courage in engaging with stakeholders on different levels. You will come far with a positive mindset and not being afraid to share your ideas.

Your profile:

  • Problem-solver, proactive and a quick-learner
  • Experience with transformations, change initiatives or projects in a corporate setting
  • Experience with programming or knowledge about data science an advantage, but at least big interest in technology/engineering
  • Enrolled to a university degree within engineering or business/management (we're looking for a business mindset with a substantial technical understanding) and you can commit to stay in the role for at least 1,5-2 years
  • Great skills in English, especially written
  • Attention to detail and high standards
  • Strong focus on supporting your colleagues
  • Adept use of MS Office tools, with advanced excel and Power Point skills being an advantage
