About the department

You will be working in a dynamic business support team with 12 other dedicated employees in Måløv. The department’s primary objective is to support Oral Finished Product (OFP) in building and developing the infrastructure for the organisation. This is pursued via responsibilities ranging from data analysis & reporting, finance, EHS, lean and supply chain planning & development. In addition, the department drives and supports selected strategic projects across the area. The department’s key focus is to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in business processes, as well as monitoring performance and conducting business analysis in order to find initiatives that will help improve performance.

The position

Are you studying for your Master’s degree and do you want practical experience with business development? Do you see the beauty in and benefits of continuous improvement in key processes? Then you might be the new Intern we are looking for in field of business support to the production organisation of Oral Semaglutide.

During your internship you will be involved in weekly and monthly reporting, optimisation of various business processes and creating presentation materials for the management team. Furthermore, you will take part in driving strategic processes (e.g. budget processes) as well as project management work.

As an Intern, you can expect to be challenged in delivering strong and profound results in an efficient and value adding way.

  • Internship Period: 6 months
  • Working hours: Full time position (37 hours per week)
  • Start date: 1 September 2019
  • Internships are remunerated, if your educational track allows it
  • A Danish full time work permit is required

A CV, Cover Letter and grade transcripts for Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees are required for all applications.


You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or another relevant degree, and have had excellent results during your studies. You can handle many tasks simultaneously, have a strong focus on quality and want to deliver results. You work in a structured way and have a sharp eye for details. Furthermore, you are ambitious and dedicated, and can easily interact with employees at all levels of the organisation. Excellent language skills in English and Danish are required.

You like being part of a professional team, have a high energy level, take initiative (proactive thinking) and work with a high level of engagement. You are motivated by being challenged both professionally and personally. You have a flair for IT (Excel and Power Point) and numbers. We expect the candidate to be service minded, thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude.
