About the department

In Quantitative Clinical Pharmacology we are responsible for designing, analysing, interpreting, communicating and reporting quantitative clinical pharmacology information at all stages of clinical drug development.

The Position

As Student Assistant in Quantitative Clinical Pharmacology you will be responsible for developing and maintaining tools for consistent, reproducible and transparent data analysis. These tools include R packages for data analysis and plotting (R programming), add-ins for Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel (Visual Basic programming). At Novo Nordisk our work affects patients around the world and we have a very high standard for quality. As Student Assistant you will help ensure quality by validating and testing software and assist in technical review of reports. The working hours will be approx. 7-10 hours per week. The position is located in Søborg, Denmark.


You are a university student in a relevant field, e.g. IT sciences, mathematics, statistics, or other relevant field with at least one year completed. You have solid programming skills in one or more languages, preferably R. You have a high quality standard, you are reliable and able to work with a high degree of independence.
