About the department

The position is based in QMS Operations in Novo Nordisk Quality. The department is responsible for ensuring that global IT systems for handling core quality processes in Novo Nordisk are user-friendly and developed to support the business. Moreover, key focus is to ensure high quality support, ensuring users are always equipped to work in the systems.

The team consists of 15 employees in Denmark and 10 employees in India.

The position

As student in QMS Operations, you will work on a broad range of tasks, primarily supporting one of our ongoing global projects. The tasks will include project administration, communication activities, information gathering, data analyses, management of stakeholders as well as other administrative tasks. The project is run agile, according to the SAFe methodology, and the work will give you great insights into how to run agile projects in a multinational company. In addition, you will be involved in relevant daily activities in the area, giving you insights into operating and developing global IT systems and processes.

You can anticipate varied working days with many different tasks and you will be an integrated member of the department. Moreover, you can expect continuous feedback and support on the work you deliver and on your personal development.

Qualfications

You are currently studying on your bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, economics, engineering, or similar with strong results. We are looking for a student who is pro-active, able to work independently and have strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate is service minded, works in a structured way with high quality standards, and possesses a sharp eye for details. You are ambitious and have a desire to optimise any given task. You have strong communication skills in English, as well as strong IT skills, including MS Office 365 (Excel and PowerPoint).
