About the department
You get the opportunity to join an expanding, international, high performing team in Søborg, Denmark, responsible for driving medical operations activities and strategic excellence across Global Medical Affairs. In close collaboration with key internal stakeholders in Global Medical affairs, Commercial Strategy & Corporate Affairs and Global Development, we drive the financial processes for large projects in support of our Medical Teams and ensure alignment with strategies across the organisation.
The position
You will support the Finance Project Manager in charge of delivering accurate and timely reporting of financial performance of projects within Global Medical Affairs. You will work on a daily basis on financial reporting to key stakeholders as well as managerial accounting, making sure that budget planning is accurately performed and that a monthly financial follow-up is flawlessly executed. You will work closely with the Business Partners responsible for your assigned projects, supporting them in their monthly financial planning and becoming their point of contact for financial matters. In line with your interests and skills, you might be assigned ad-hoc projects in the form of business and financial analyses.

- Working hours: Flexible (min. 18 and max. 37 hours a week)
- Start date: 1 Feburary 2020
- Internships are remunerated, if your education track allows
- A Danish full time work permit is required
Qualifications
We are looking for an intern with a passion for finance and project management. You are currently studying for your Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or similar. We expect you to master English, verbally as well as in writing; that you have the skills and desire to handle complex financial processes with many stakeholders and a very high degree of attention to detail.
On the personal level, you are structured with a strong personal drive and dedication. Your strong interpersonal & communication skills assist you in creating trustful relations across professions and geography, and you bring a healthy sense of humor to work even when the pressure is on. We like to have fun! We expect you to be highly service-minded, be able to work autonomously, and have a high degree of integrity.
