The Graduate journey
Our Graduate Programme consists of two-three rotations, where you’ll solve business challenges, be responsible for your own assignments and be engaged in our day-to-day business decisions.

In your rotations, you’ll work on developing Ørsted´s digital strategy and execute on the digital ambitions. You’ll have top management exposure while supporting company-wide initiatives in a dynamic international environment.

You’ll play an important role in

• researching and analysing information from various specialist units and external business partners and translating this into robust strategy recommendations
• participating in strategic projects where you’ll gather and analyse data, participate in problem solving, perform business analyses and assist in building top-down story lines
• preparing presentations for and providing insights on digital trends to top management
• handling cross-portfolio strategy and corporate venture initiatives and applying your knowledge to improve existing methods
• assisting colleagues with other ad hoc tasks.

To succeed in this role, you’ll have

• a master’s degree in business administration, economics, IT or another relevant field from before 1 September 2020 with excellent results
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a high level of personal drive and a high learning ability
• worked with digital strategy, business strategy, business development or innovation during your studies
• an interest in digitalisation and technology
• experience with analysing opportunities, calculating business cases and communicating these concisely
• an international, collaborative mindset and an ambition to be the best in your field.

You’ll speak and write English fluently, enabling you to communicate efficiently in a global setting.
