The Graduate journey
Our Graduate Programme consists of two-three rotations, where you’ll solve business challenges, be responsible for your own assignments and be engaged in our day-to-day business decisions.

In your rotations, you’ll work on the processes within the operations of our wind turbine generator (WTG) and the transmission asset area, spanning from making technology assessments and deep diving into the advanced analytics of data to working on the business continuity of our offshore assets. This will be combined with hands-on work, enabling you to kick off best in class WTG operations in US.

You’ll play an important role in

  • assessing large amounts of data and contributing to data analysis related to your own competence areas
  • building advanced tools for determining component and wind turbine health conditions
  • optimising work procedures through digital enablers in order to increase efficiency and reduce cost of poor quality
  • utilising your knowledge of the most effective integrity plan to optimise lifetime performance on yields and costs
  • developing hands-on related technology and solutions that can be implemented on our offshore wind turbines and assets.

To succeed in this role, you’ll have

  • a master’s degree in engineering from before 1 September 2020 with excellent results
  • strong analytical skills, tech savvy and an interest in wind turbine control
  • high level of personal drive and a high learning ability
  • experience with project management
  • an interest in implementing initiatives from office to operational sites
  • an international, collaborative mindset and an ambition to be the best in your field.

You’ll speak and write English fluently, enabling you to communicate efficiently in a global setting. Moreover, you’ll have three rotations in three different location. You’ll be spending two rotations in Denmark, one rotation in Gentofte and one in Skærbæk, and one in Providence on Rhode Island in the US. In addition to this, you’ll be travelling to our offshore wind farms.
