We offer you an intense two-year developmental journey where you’ll learn from experts within your field and get international project experience, tools to drive innovation and a strong cross-functional network with other talents.

The Graduate journey
Our Graduate Programme consists of two-three rotations, where you’ll solve business challenges, be responsible for your own assignments and be engaged in our day-to-day business decisions

We offer you an intense development journey within the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) division of our offshore wind organisation. You'll join a high-performing, dynamic team that works with operational projects in a fast-paced environment. In your first rotation, you’ll be based in the largest offshore wind O&M facility in the world. You’ll join the regional support department where you'll work within several different specialist teams, exposing you to the full cycle of asset and maintenance management; reliability and engineering, maintenance campaigns, contractor management, workload scheduling, budget and finance management, warehouse and logistics and vessel and personnel safety tracking. Your remaining rotations will be chosen in close collaboration with you and your manager during the first rotation. You’ll therefore be able to influence your graduate programme so that it fits your area of interest.

You’ll play an important role in

  • optimising work procedures in order to increase safety and efficiency and to reducing the cost of poor quality
  • participating in strategic projects, including researching, gathering and analysing data and trends
  • preparing decision material, including business cases and recommendations for senior management
  • facilitating workshops or other events with other stakeholders
  • assisting colleagues with other ad hoc tasks.

To succeed in this role, you’ll have

  • a bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering from before 1 September 2020 with excellent results
  • a high level of personal drive, high learning ability and good analytical skills
  • knowledge of or experience in asset management and project development
  • an interest in following the implementation of initiatives from office to operation
  • an international, collaborative mindset and an ambition to be the best in your field.

You’ll speak and write English fluently, enabling you to communicate efficiently in a global setting. Moreover, you’ll have the opportunity to travel nationally and internationally up to 100 days a year.
