The Graduate journey
Our Graduate Programme consists of two-three rotations, where you’ll solve business challenges, be responsible for your own assignments and be engaged in our day-to-day business decisions.
In your first rotations, you’ll be working in our Upstream Digitalisation team. You’ll be handling all data from our power stations in Denmark, make the data easily accessible for all our internal and external customers and improve on the processes involved. Your other rotations will be determined during your first rotation and will depend on your skills and interests.
You’ll play an important role in
- improving accessibility and quality of our data
- optimizing our processes and procedures using the data from our power stations
- adding new perspectives and methods to influence our agile working environment
- introducing new technologies to support the way we work
- assisting colleagues with other ad hoc tasks.
To succeed in this role, you’ll have
- a master’s degree IT from before 1 September 2020 with excellent results
- strong analytical skills, a high level of personal drive and a high learning ability
- experience with data science, artificial intelligence and robotics process automation
- experience in and an understanding of enterprise relational database systems
- an understanding of cloud technologies, architecture and integration between cloud and on-premise IT.
You’ll speak and write English fluently, enabling you to communicate efficiently in a global setting. Moreover, you’ll have the opportunity to travel up to 20 days annually.
