Are you looking for an internship in autumn 2020, and would you like to work within HR and leave your mark on talent acquisition in Grundfos?

This is your chance to play an important role in attracting and securing the right talents to one of Denmark’s largest and most successful companies. You become a part of the employer branding team who are responsible for employer branding activities in Denmark, but who also set the strategic direction for our global employer branding approach. This will allow you to gain experience from colleagues situated in our global Attraction Team throughout the European, Asian and American regions, giving you the unique opportunity to work in a truly global environment.

What is the internship about?
We believe that everyone in Grundfos has passion and potential – as well as the power to influence. This is the environment where you will do your internship. Our talent acquisition effort focuses on increasing awareness of Grundfos as an employer of choice and growing the rate of talented individuals who would consider working for us, primarily in the target group of academic students within IT, Engineering and Business. To do this, we drive and participate in activities covering career fairs, case competitions, hackathons, company presentations, etc., but also customised activities and events designed in collaboration with professors and students. Moreover, we will be focusing on improving our online presence in 2020, why you will also play a vital role in for example our social media strategy. The internship is an opportunity to get as many responsibilities as you want, as you will be a central part of developing, planning and coordinating many of our employer branding activities. The sky is the limit.

Moreover, we imagine that you will:
• Help drive employee advocacy amongst our employees enabling our employees to carry our employer brand
• Work across different online media platforms including LinkedIn, Grundfos’ career sites and other platforms and vendors
• Create content for digital communication, including employee stories and videos
• Establish a network and dialogue with internal and external stakeholders enabling you to clarify the present and future need for different talent segments
• Think creatively about new initiatives within employer branding and get the chance to practice your project management and communication skills globally in the Grundfos Group

We expect the internship will start in August 2020 and end in December 2020. You will be working for 37 hours per week at our headquarters in Bjerringbro, but we are of course ready to schedule your working hours around exams and school work. Furthermore, there is a possibility of working from home on agreed days. Are you at the end of your studies, we can also offer you a thesis collaboration in 2021.

What do you need to apply?
We are looking for an intern, who is studying a bachelor’s or Master´s degree within Communication, Marketing, Human Resources Management or similar. Most importantly, you:

• Have excellent communication skills – verbal and written – in Danish and English
• Are engaged in and eager to develop your skills in the field of talent attraction and employer branding
• Show initiative and work proactively and independently on new assignments, as this will help you make the most of your time with us
Additionally, it is an advantage if you have experience with (e.g. from a student job or volunteer work):
• Organizing and coordinating activities or events
• Social media communication
• Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and movie editing

As a person, you are outgoing and know how to build trust and interact with both internal and external stakeholders. You are team-oriented, and you can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Moreover, you are result-oriented and have a can-do attitude. Finally, you possess a good business understanding and you thrive working in a busy work environment.
