We have two positions available to support the project within the areas of Finance and Project Management.

You will be working out of our headquarters in Lyngby. With reference to the Project Manager you will become an integrated part of the ERP project core team which consists of approximately 20 people besides the two student assistants.

Key Responsibilities
We are looking to fill two positions; One is primarily focused around cost control and the other on various project management areas. As a student assistant, your tasks will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Project coordination, including
    • Coordinating the project administration, among others by updating, structuring and keeping the Project Teams site up to date
    • Organizing and preparing deliverables and documenting solutions
    • Following up with stakeholders on deliverables
  • Cost control, including
    • Following up on budget versus actuals
    • Prepare regular cost overviews
    • Follow-up on project time reporting
  • Arranging meetings and workshops
  • Participating in meetings and workshops and preparing of meeting minutes
  • Arranging social events for the project
  • Providing support to the Team Lead and program managers across the different tracks
  • Ad-hoc assignments

Who we are looking for
You are studying within a relevant field (i.e. IT, Finance, Project Management, Change Management), and are either finishing your Bachelor’s degree or have just started your Master’s degree.

As a person, you are:

  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Work in a structured and systematic manner
  • A strong team player with good communication skills
  • Proficient at using Microsoft Office
  • Responsible and motivated to work both alone and in teams
  • Flexible in adapting as and when priorities change

The working hours are estimated at 15-20 hours a week and can be planned flexibly around your studies, with opportunities to contribute more during university holidays.

As you will be in an international working environment with stakeholders based around the globe, you must be able to communicate proficiently in English and interact with people at various organizational levels. Knowledge of Danish is not a prerequisite.
