StepUp Air is building wearables based on breathing, a vital parameter that has been much overlooked but contains so much information. For sportspeople, we can significantly improve training efficiency while minimizing the risk of injury. For healthcare, we help patients live a better life. For horse owners, we deliver insights on horse health and behavior. We're a team of 20 international people covering a wide range of competencies.

We are looking for an intern to take care of Human resources in a dynamic startup with diverse team members. We believe that hiring is a crucial and essential part needed to grow a team, therefore we are having a person dedicated to this task.

The part you’ll be playing;

• Completion of administration in the HR department
• Posting jobs & managing the jobs inbox
• Shortlisting and interviewing applicants (joined with another team member)
• Holding team members accountable for their tasks
• Making sure that team members are spending time learning
• Debriefing team members when leaving the company
