StepUp Solutions is building wearables based on breathing, a vital parameter that has been much forgotten but contains so much information. For sportspeople, we can significantly improve training efficiency while minimizing the risk of injury. For healthcare, we help patients live a better life. For horse owners, we deliver insights on horse health and behaviour. We're a team of 18 international people covering a wide range of competencies.

Experienced and passionate about medical technologies?
As we are spinning out StepUp Health, our healthcare branch, into a new company, we are looking for a part-time or (ideally) full-time intern to join our team. A healthcare background is necessary and business development skills a plus.

Your role is to work directly on building a better product for the right target group, which will enable you to apply and increase your knowledge within marketing and customer relations. You will help with testing and gathering feedback from users and doctors, creating partnerships, sales and medical trials, and advise the product development team regarding the features.

Your responsibilities:

• Build a network of healthcare professionals and patient organizations
• Bind partnerships with hospitals, doctors, and research institutes
• Survey and conduct interviews with doctors/hospitals/universities to gain insights and implement a feedback loop to improve our value proposition and market fit
• Create a strategy for the product’s reimbursement plan and execute the action plan
• Conduct market research, validate and optimise the business model
