Fibertex Personal Care is one of the leading suppliers of high quality nonwovens and print on nonwoven fabric to the hygiene industry mainly in Europe and Asia Pacific.

The position
To support the continued growth in the Asia Pacific region, we are looking for 3 Management Trainees to join our 1-2 years intensive training & development program which will lead to a successful R&D Executive position under our Business Development Division.
During the trainee program we will take you on an educational journey designed to give you first hand experience and job training in various departments, such as Production, QA, R&D, Planning, Shipping and Sales. As part of this journey you will also learn about the nonwovens process on our production floor and become familiar with our production technology and product portfolio.

Requirements
To succeed as one of our Management Trainees, you possess the following:

• bachelor’s or master’s degree in Science or Engineering
• curiosity and wish to learn about our business
• a keen desire to grow
• strong analytical skills combined with a desire to innovate and experiment with ideas
• persistent attitude with good interpersonal and communicative skills
• ability to work both in teams and independently
• a well organised and detail oriented working style
