During the 18-month programme you will get a deep understanding of our business, our values and our way of leading people. Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to
You will be engaged in various tasks including:

• Quality Assurance of Finished Goods.
• Quality control of incoming Raw Materials.
• Maintenance of Colour Management system.
• Maintenance of Lab equipment’s Calibration system.
• Generation and maintenance of documentation related to hazardous chemicals.

Your home base will be at our European headquarter in Umag, Croatia. Your position is global, so you get a six-month placement abroad. You’ll experience life and work in other cultures. You’ll build a global network of like-minded lighthouse leaders – ready to take Hempel to another level.

• You have graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related) within the last two years or will graduate from university or business school no later than 1 September 2021.

• Most importantly, you’re ambitious and possess the drive and ability to become a future leader. You’re motivated by making a difference - and by making other people shine.
• You speak and write fluent English.
