E-COMMERCE INTERN

Job Description
By Malene Birger is looking for a full-time intern to join the E-commerce team at our head office in Copenhagen.
You will be able to assist with the trading activities, online visual merchandising and newsletter activities. The role requires a knowledge of key trends, coupled with a hunger to understand customer needs to help maximize conversion and cross selling opportunities.

The position runs for at least four months from February 2021.

Tasks include but not limited to:

• Execute daily E-commerce operations
• Assist with reporting of the E-commerce performance
• Support with product data and merchandising
• Assist with campaigns and email marketing activities
• Coordinate for product shoots by supporting e-commerce merchandiser
• Communicate with customers and assist in giving the customers the best service and outcome possible to ensure we are maximizing customer satisfaction and operational excellence

Skills & Requirements
We expect that you:

• are studying a bachelor degree
• are independent, proactive and conscientious
• are dedicated and shows responsibility for your job assignments
• have fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• are an experienced IT user on an everyday basis
• are a service-minded, detail-oriented and committed person
• have knowledge and interest in the fashion industry
