In this newly established and challenging two-year graduate position, you will contribute directly to Ambu’s success. A technical graduate programme with responsibilities
We offer a challenging and fun two-year graduate programme where you will be an important player. In this graduate program, you will be have four rolations based in the Global Process Excellence team in our headquarters in Ballerup.

The rotations are:

• Global Sales Processes (8 months) - Get introduced to sales processes, Customer master data and pricing in Global Process Excellence, Sales
• Global Commercial Processes (8 months) – Get introduced to marketing processes in Global Process Excellence, Commercial
• Digital Marketing (4 months) - Work with our Digital Marketing team in our Global Marketing organisation
• Commercial Digital Transformation (4 months) - Work with our Commercial digital Transformation team in Global IT to support the business with digital solutions

You will begin as Ambu graduate in September 2021 and you will become a permanent employee from day one. At the end of the graduate programme, you may continue your career in Ambu, most likely in the Commercial organisation or in the Global Process Excellence team.

Strong commercial player with a “can-do” attitude
We are looking for an energetic graduate who wants to kick start his or her career and who is willing to go the extra mile for a promising career in the medtech industry.

It is mandatory that you are about to graduate, or that you have graduated no more than 2 years ago, with a relevant Master's degree within Economics, Marketing or IT. Additionally, you also have excellent academic achievements from your studies.

As a person you are rounded, curious and hardworking with outstanding interpersonal skills and you are mindful of cultural differences. We drive a dificult but exciting technical global agenda so having a positive and can-do approch is vital for the position. You are well-structured with strong analytical skills. You have the ability to go into details when it is appropriate and take a more holistic view when it is required.

As you will be working with users across the world it is vital that you are fluent in written and oral English.
