Customer Quality Delivery is a small team of specialists, that has the overall responsibility for all our in-market products globally. We are here to ensure that our products are performing as expected and that our customers have a great experience. This we do by monitoring product performance, customer feedback and market trends.
We are currently looking for a student assistant to join our team in corporate HQ in Ballerup.
As student assistant you will become a crucial part of our efforts on monitoring market trends, creating insights, presenting our findings to our main stakeholders, and ensuring that relevant quality activities are initiated.
In other words, your main responsibilities will lie within:
- Collecting and analysing market data and creating insights on in-market product performance.
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations and monthly reporting.
- Supporting our process improvement projects.
- Supporting minor daily operational tasks.
- Performing ad hoc tasks.
What we are looking for is a student:
- That is currently studying a master’s or bachelor’s degree within a relevant field
- That has analytical skills and is systematic when dealing with tasks.
- That has experience with the different IT tools (Excel, Power Point (MS Office), Microsoft Visio, Python)
- That is fluent in English and possesses good communication skills
- That most importantly is open-minded, energetic, a team player and willing to learn.
