For our Operational Analytics which is part of Global Operations within the Service HQ functions, we are looking for a Student Worker.
OA is responsible for the Sales Offer Calculation tool which calculates in a detailed way the expected costs and price of a contract during the sales phase.
Furthermore, OA is tool owner of 2 other applications where our main responsibility is to develop, implement, project manage and deliver excellent user support as well as providing cost and price studies and statistics of sales bid which thereby brings competitive value to the business.
We are looking for a qualified student worker who can support our professional and dynamic team on various tasks. You will be joining a team of Project Managers, Costing Specialists and 2 other Student Workers. You will have your own tasks but also support the team in various tasks as per below.

As a positive and dedicated team player, you will be providing efficient support to those around you.
The student worker will support Cost Managers in maintaining, updating and testing master data for Service Offer Calculation Tool. Other responsibilities will be to compile and create the monthly OA Newsletter as well as compiling reports and analyzing data using PowerPoint, PowerBI, Excel and potentially R. You will perform weekly calculation review process ensuring coordination with sales users and the OA team as well as support in administrative tasks such as being Sharepoint admin for the OA site as well as creating Yammer posts.
Additionally, the student worker will support in various data driven, financial but also project management related tasks for software applications owned in the department along with various ad hoc tasks
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for a candidate who likes working in a multicultural environment with a mix of routine and ad hoc tasks.
You are enrolled as a Bachelor or Master Student within the Fields of Business Administration, Financials/ Economics, Business Intelligence or the similar along with being an advanced user of MS Office, especially Excel. SQL, PowerBI and/or R/RShiny experience will be considered an advantage.
You possess excellent English skills, both orally and written, you can pick up technical things quickly and can learn new skills and knowledge.
The ideal candidate is also confident and has the ability to work with people across cultures, distances and at times with senior management.
You will be located together with the Operational Analytics team in Brande Denmark and we expect you to be able to work 15-25 hours per week, spread over 2-4 days.
In order to be applicable for this position, you need to have at least one year left of your studies.
