Job Description & Summary

Join a strong community and start your career as a tax or legal consultant by becoming a part of our two-year Tax & Legal graduate programme at PwC in September 2021. One of the key benefits of the programme is that you will gain a strong social and professional network in PwC, giving you the best possible beginning to your career.

The purpose of the programme is to drive your personal growth taking you from a passionate and curious student to a dedicated and trusted PwC professional. You will develop crucial consulting skills, learn the PwC ways of working across the Tax & Legal organisation while also contributing to building trust and solving important problems for a diverse range of our clients.

As a graduate, we invite you to embark on a long career in PwC as we offer permanent employment in one of our Tax & Legal Competence Centers from day one. We invest in your continued development and assign a career coach to you from the beginning. Together, we will make sure that your skills are applied in the best way possible to relevant projects.

On-the-job training combined with a structured learning programme

You will jump straight into the role as a consultant and primarily build your professional skills through on-the-job training in close collaboration with experienced Tax & Legal professionals. To develop your potential further, the graduate programme offers you a series of social and learning activities.

The graduate programme focuses on working together with fellow graduates and colleagues because we know that feedback, collaboration and diverse perspectives will enable us to identify the strongest solutions for our clients.
