Student Assistant for content creation, GN Hearing

Do you wish to get an insight in how global marketing campaigns are rolled-out and help our markets in getting the materials and information they need? Are you tech savvy, like to work with online tools, platforms as well as Excel or PowerPoint? Then we have a student job for you in the Content Creation team in GN Hearing.

The Content Creation team in our HQ in Ballerup develops marketing elements and templates for our markets to use and translate when promoting our solutions locally. We are looking for a student assistant that can help us give the best service to our local colleagues by supporting the digital platforms that we use to share our elements and communication.

It is important that the users of our platforms can access the content and it is easy to find what they are looking for. As student assistant, you will become a crucial part of our efforts in having smooth-running platforms. You will help manage our users, tag our materials with the right keywords and make sure the elements are available for download or ordering. Further, you will participate in other activities that the team engages in, which can occasionally also be of a more practical nature.

Your main responsibilities will lie within:

• Assisting in user management and daily maintenance of our digital asset management system, brand portals and online marketing shop
• Supporting and training our markets in using our platforms
• Collecting, analysing and presenting download and ordering data
• Performing variation of ad-hoc tasks

What we are looking for, is a student:

• that is currently studying a marketing degree within a relevant field or similar
• that has experience with online platforms
• that has advanced Excel and Power Point skills
• that is systematic and tech savvy
• that is fluent in English and possesses good communication skills
• that is open-minded, energetic, flexible, a team player and willing to learn
