Student Worker – Product Development and Sourcing

Do you want to play a role in sourcing, product development and production? Are you ready to gain experience within men’s accessories and jewellery and help introduce the world to the best selection of men's watches, rings, bracelets and necklaces online? If yes, join our Product Development Team and have your input, creativity and skills put to the test.

As a student worker, you’ll join a team of 5 that does whatever it takes to reach our goals of being the best platform for men's accessories in the world.

What’s this role about?
At Trendhim, we aim to make products that we're proud of. Our main goal is to help men tell their stories through the accessories they wear. Because of this, our heart doesn’t lie with a certain style of design but with diverse pieces that can be used by everyone. From the guy wearing a suit to the motorcycle mechanic or sports fanatic, we design for everyone.

Your main focus will be supporting the Product Development Team and help create and source the best selection of men's accessories in the world.

Your responsibilities

• Assist the entire product development team with daily and project-based tasks
• Source products and orchestrate manufacturing with suppliers
• Negotiate prices
• Create order specs and sample details
• + a host of other tasks that are required to move forward

About you

• You communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
• You have an eye for design.
• You are extremely organised and structured and can manage more than one project at a time.
• You have a natural desire to run with tasks, big and small.
• You love coordinating, communicating and juggling several tasks at a time.
• You embrace and manage change with optimism.
• You know your way around a spreadsheet.
• You can work a minimum of 12 hours a week, preferably more.

Trendhim designs accessories for men and sells directly to consumers online. With 6,000 products and a thriving design department for our house labels, we help customers in 28 countries and 18 languages. In the last 5 years, we've grown from 3 to 60 employees and were nominated the 10th fastest growing company in Denmark in 2017. Everything is run from our office and warehouse in Horsens, Denmark.
