Administrative Student Assistant in Logistics - DK

Get hands-on experience and be a part of a logistic team
You will join a busy team, placed under our Global Supply Chain, and get a significant responsibility and hands-on experience with logistic and warehouse management. You will learn how to work with operational logistic tasks. This position is part time with 15 hours per week on average. We will be flexible about working hours to fit your classes and exams, and after training, work from home can be arranged. The postion is temporary and set to terminate d. 30-06.2021.

Your responsibilities
You will support the work of local on-site inventory accuracy and material supply systems e.g. Inventory count and kanban systems etc.

You task is to set up and run the cycle count process in our ERP system Microsoft Dynamics D365 which demands high accuracy and data discipline. Furthermore, you will be responsible for administrating our Kanban system together with our warehouse team.

Your qualifications
You are currently enrolled in a study program. To be successful in this position, you need to be:

• Passionate about Logistics/Supply Chain, with a natural flair for service
• Good IT-skills
• Flexible, focused equally on deadlines and quality
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Understanding and able to work with others
• Openminded with a can-do attitude
