Student Assistant for Sales & Promotion

MAN Energy Solutions in Copenhagen is looking for a high performing and motivated student to join the Sales & Promotion team of Two-Stroke engines.

What am I going to do?
We seek a global thinker whose worldview is based on understanding and handling of data. Our new Student Assistant strives to deliver supreme results, are structured when gathering information and conceptualizing it in analytical reports, and are skilled at communicating the results.

More specifically, you will be working with:

• Data cleaning, data handling, data quality control, and their automation
• Managing the data pipelines between CRM (and other data sources)
• Developing clear, visually appealing PowerBI reports and visualizations
• Implementing and improving prediction models
• Documenting the progress
• Analytical assignments and support for various applications
• Users support and follow up
• Basic statistical analysis
• Ad-hoc tasks in general

Who am I?
We imagine that you:

• Are currently studying an academic degree (Business administration and Data Science/IT/information systems, or similar)
• Have experience in data visualization: Excel charts, Power BI, Power Pivot, or similar
• Have experience with ETL procedures (Extract, Transform, Load)
• Are comfortable with Microsoft Excel (filters, pivot tables, lookup formulas) and Microsoft Office in general
• Have experience with querying data (SQL, OData)
• Have experience with Python/R is a plus
• Are fluent in English
• Are able to work between 2-3 days a week while we offer flexible working hours, especially in periods of exams and projects

How is my new team/area of business?
Your new team consists mainly of Promotion Managers & Sales Support Managers, who deal with two-stroke engines. The culture, in the department, is informal and we always help each other. In the department we refer to Head of Promotion & Customer Support Denmark. The department refers to the local manager of promotion and customer support, Denmark and consists of 12 employees and a student dedicated to two main focus areas: CRM and data handling.
