You'll join our Customer Order Management team as an Intern in Copenhagen. We’re looking for an intern who’ll be responsible for order creation and daily order related tasks. You’ll be part of the Signify CSO team for Finland and its responsibilities are OEM & Consumer Nordics. We’re on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability. What you’ll do

• Create orders in SAP PR2/PR4
• Check the mailbox and scan for orders to be created
• Answer requests from key account managers and customers
• Resolve invoicing/credit note issues
• Follow up on deliveries in collaboration with the logistic team

Your qualifications

• Currently running your Bachelor and/or Master degree in business administration, logistics, SCM or similar
• Knowledge of SAP not a requirement, but an advantage
• Working 20 hours per week
• Preferably be able to work Mondays and Thursdays, which are typically busy days
• Fluent English and Finnish language skills – you live in the Copenhagen area
