As a Trainee in Power SI Project Management you will be a part of a team of highly skilled project managers and an administrative Trainee located in both Denmark, Portugal and Chennai. In our department we are accountable for establishing, operating and executing the project portfolio of power plant solutions to secure stable grid connections around the world. We lead and execute our projects according to our execution model in an efficient way from scoping to market delivery. Responsibilities
- Establish a roadmap of continuous improvement projects on processes (PEX) and within functional areas (FEX) with the Power System Integration Module
- Create business cases around the roadmap initiatives to guide management in prioritising among initiatives
- Support our project managers in following and structuring the execution of the initiatives
- Be a project manager on the execution of some of the initiatives yourself
- Monitor the progress of the roadmap and create a report-out structure
Qualifications
- You are currently doing your Master's degree within Engineering, Business Development, Technology Management or similar
- You are able to join as a Trainee for at least 1,5 years
- You have prior experience in student jobs and know what it means to be accountable
- Knowledge of electrical engineering is an advantage, but not a requirement
- You are able to work ~20 hours/week or 3 days during normal working hours
Competencies
- Interest in business development and process excellence in technical contexts is needed
- Outgoing and not afraid of asking questions
- You are curious and challenging by nature
- Have the ambition to work with project management
