Consumer insights is responsible for Pandora’s global Brand Tracker setup that delivers key insights on Pandora’s brand, competitors and the overall market to a wide variety of stakeholders (incl. strategic insights to senior management). The main part of your role as Student Assistant- Consumer Insights will be to support work associated with Pandora’s on going consumer tracking.
Your areas of responsibilities:
- Responsible for Consumer Insights monthly search report and monthly Unaided Awareness report. You will take lead on making sure that both reports are being created and ready to be shared. The purpose of the reports are to inform the organisation about the development in key business KPI’s, which help guide the business in terms of the future performance
- Main point of contact between Euromonitor and Pandora. You will be responsible for coordinating our ongoing work with Euromonitor and support the organisation with access to the Euromonitor platform and with ad hoc analyses based on Euromonitor data incl. data extracting and data analysis
- Responsible for analyses based on internal Google data and Google trends data. Search data from Google is being used across projects and are among other things guiding the business in terms of jewellery related trends, development in brand performance, etc.
- Support on social media research (within the platform Pulsar), where you will take part in informing the organisation about consumer behaviour around key business occasions, development in trends related to jewellery, etc.
- Set up of surveys in Survey Gizmo. You will be responsible for setting up smaller ad hoc surveys that can be related to a project within Consumer Insights or to a project outside Consumer Insights
- Support on ad hoc consumer research projects incl. analysis in Excel, Askia Vista and SPSS
What is needed to succeed:
- First-year Master student or third-year Bachelor student within Market Research, Economics, Business Administration, or similar. A focus on Market Research will be considered an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel
- Structured and quality-focused approach to tasks
- Interest in working with consumer insights and consumer behaviour
- Experience with market research, survey programs (e.g., SurveyGizmo) and analysing tools (E.g. Askia Vista or SPSS) will be considered an advantage, but not required
- English fluent, both written and spoken
