Our US division is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for a talented Client Success Manager to join us during this exciting growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales to existing customers
  • Reaching out to existing customers to strengthen relationships and look for upselling opportunities.
  • Accurately recording and maintaining customer information in our CRM system (Zoho).

Personal qualities:

  • Eligible to work in the US
  • Knowledge of key account management
  • Results focused with a natural drive for taking responsibility for your work
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to manage an array of customer accounts in a CRM
  • Passionate about creating value for your customers and experience in selling to their needs
  • Excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to prioritize and adjust your own resources and activities as needed


  • Account Management & Sales: 2+ years (Mandatory)
  • Customer Service: 2+ years (Mandatory)
  • Computer Literate: 1 year+ (Mandatory)

Our patented tech- nology is unique, and our instruments are used worldwide. Our NucleoCounter® instruments are used in life sciences research, cell-based immunotherapy, cancer and stem cell research and pharmaceutical development.

We sell our solutions in both the private and public sectors and you will be working with some of the leading companies within cell, immune and gene therapies, as our main revenue streams comes from the life science industry. We also work with large B2B pharma companies and leading universities around the world.
