We are looking for a new student worker to support our IT Project Management team working across all business functions. The team consists of 25 members located in various countries, which will make it a great learning experience.
How to contribute to our vision
As a Student Worker, you will play an active part of the team and work closely with our IT Project manager in Brande, Denmark.
Besides being an active part of the team, in this role, you will take part of tasks to:
- Take responsibility of project related procurement tasks such as Purchase Order creation in SAP Ariba, invoice follow-up, etc.
- Create and update project related documentation (process flows, project descriptions, etc.).
- Support maintenance of existing tools for KPIs monitoring.
- Participate in team meetings and prepare Minutes of Meetings documentation.
- Take responsibility to follow-up with various stakeholders across different departments.
- Proactively get involved in new solutions roll-out and testing. Especially related to Office 365 solutions and opportunities related to it.
- Learn about all phases of IT projects execution by working closely with IT Project Managers and IT Quality Managers throughout full project cycles.
- Support other ad hoc tasks.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is finishing their Bachelor’s degree and pursuing a Master degree or newly enrolled to a Master’s degree within Business Administration, Project Management, IT Communication and Organization, IT Engineering or similar. To be successful in this role, you are:
- A goal-oriented team player, who have excellent communication skills in order to interact with various stakeholders across the organization.
- Structured, organized and self-driven in completing your tasks. It will be an advantage, if you have experience from a similar position, where your intercultural skill set has been developed.
- An advanced user of Office 365 and have good knowledge of IT systems in general.
- Fluent in English, both orally and in writing and possess excellent communication skills.
