Technical Support, Intern – Southern Europe & MEA

We develop the coolest automated industrial robots in the world and due to our talented and skilled group of employees and not least an outstanding team effort, we have positioned ourselves as a market leader within our field of expertise.

To sustain our growth, we are looking for a Technical Support, Intern for our regional office in Barcelona. You will be part of a technical support department that currently consists of 5 colleagues in the region and 39 colleagues in total worldwide.

Your Job
With this position, we offer you a role of 20 hours per week (ideally 4 hours a day) and the following tasks:

• Support in daily level 1 support for trouble shooting both on hardware and software related issues

• Support in document findings from the field

• Support the technical communication team located in technical support department

• Support in monitoring support issues and maintain entries in TestRail/Jira so that product issues are actively managed and tested as they are resolved

• Ad hoc

About You
Professional competencies

You are studying a degree in engineering in robotics and/or industrial automation or similar. Our candidate should have interest in PLC control, programming, and understand "computer/networking" especially WIFI knowledge would be valuable. It is essential that you both speak and write Spanish and English on a professional level.

You are self-motivated, outgoing and thrive in an international environment. You work independently, are full of initiatives, and have a great drive. Your work is structured and based on a good sense of responsibility and ownership. You solve your tasks with enthusiasm, and you possess key skills such as organization.
