Are you ready to put your writing skills to use in a fast-paced and ambitious environment? The Global Engagement Campaign Development department in Saxo Bank is looking for a new student to help write and develop global campaigns for clients and leads.

The Engagement Campaign Development team currently consists of the Global Head of Engagement Campaign Development, a senior copy manager and a student and belongs to the Digital Engagement department.

The department is responsible for developing, targeting and distributing campaigns and communications towards clients and leads in all markets and across all functions. Working out of the corporate HQ in Copenhagen, the team services and advises teams in all countries to ensure even better content for the clients.

Our new student assistant will work on conceptual and strategic development of new client-facing campaigns and content, as well as managing and optimizing existing campaigns and content. This includes developing investing and trading content, cross-selling materials, commercial communications and concepts across a variety of direct channes such as email, SMS, push messages and through our own platforms, SaxoInvestor, SaxoTraderGO and SaxoTraderPRO.

Main responsibilities:

  • Writing and assisting in the development of content for global campaigns.
  • Ensure high quality and timeliness of your deliveries.
  • Provide copy and do initial layout suggestions for deliveries across the available channels.
  • Keep track of deliveries and help maintain the team roadmap.
  • Support local stakeholders with updates and edits to campaigns and deliveries, both adhoc and always-on programs.

Tasks may include:

  • Take in, understand and provide content for campaign briefs from the organisation.
  • Present new concept ideas, based on briefs and requests from stakeholders, and take feedback to improve.
  • Collect and structure new concept presentations.
  • Conduct research and create insights on competitors.
  • Develop assets together with other creatives (designers, writers etc.).
  • Take feedback and collaborate with team and stakeholders on improving current solutions.

Your profile

  • Native (or equivalent level) proficiency when writing in English is a must.
  • Danish, Dutch or other languages will be an advantage.
  • A minimum of 2 years of education left.
  • Your field of study is not the most important part, but communications, journalism, advertising, creative marketing will be an advantage.
  • You are creative and enjoy coming up with new concepts on how to communicate complex matters in an easy-to-understand way.
  • You are a team player who can also get stuff done individually.
  • Coming up with multiple approaches to the same task doesn’t scare you.
  • You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • You like to work both inside and around established processes when necessary.
  • Previous experience with trading and investing is not a prerequisite.
  • The ability – and willingness – to learn and understand Saxo’s products, services, clients and trading/investing in general is necessary.
