At the moment, we are looking for a part-time, Financial Assistant, to join our finance team situated in Copenhagen as soon as possible. You will help us by taking a big part in our administrational tasks within finance and be responsible for various processes.

Skills and experience
We believe that, to be successful in this role, you need to have an interest in accounting and either studying or have experience from working in another financial department.

As a person, we are looking for someone who is a responsible character, wants to be a part of a social team and to learn new stuff but is not against doing routine duties.

Since our work language is English, we expect that you will be fluent in the language. At the same time, you must be able to speak the Danish language fluently/ close to a native level since we communicate in this language with most of our clients and in addition a lot of our processes within finance are in Danish.

What your day will look like:
We have a lot of different tasks that will change depending on the time of the month. A typical day without ad hoc tasks could be invoicing and controlling of the contracts, bookkeeping of our cost and preparing the payment of these, handling inquiries from our customers and sending out payment reminders.

How will this role progress?

  • During the 1st month: You will already be responsible for a couple of financial processes, such as bookkeeping and invoicing.
  • Within 3 months: You are expected to have the overview of all the administrational processes and be responsible for them.
  • Within 6 months: You are expected to be able to work independently within the administrational processes.

Who will be in your team?
You will sit in the finance team and will work closely together with Carsten Thomsen, Financial Controller and Mathias Klindt Mortensen, Director of Accounting whose primary focus is to be responsible for daily finance.
