We are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to assist our Head of People & Culture in supporting the team of 80 people at Omnidocs’ office at Christianshavn.

We create value for our customers by helping them improve their use of Microsoft Office, creating and implementing on-brand solutions that fuel productivity, embed compliance, and increase job happiness. We have a wide range of competencies when it comes to documents in a work context, but our purpose is very straightforward: We make every workday work better.

The primary focus of our future People & Culture Coordinator is to make every colleague’s workday work better by helping to maintain and develop the wonderful workplace of Omnidocs.

What’s the job about?
You will work closely with the Head of People & Culture and together the two of you will embody the P&C team in Omnidocs :) You will support her in handling several administrative tasks such as:

  • Coordinate and manage hiring processes (include booking interviews, contacting advertisers, writing job postings, and more)
  • Proofread different material (in English)
  • Assist in LinkedIn candidate research
  • Coordinate and plan onboarding programs
  • Maintain and improve onboarding and training platform
  • Manage internal surveys
  • Create employee contract drafts
  • Plan culture-bearing activities with Head of People & Culture
  • Ad hoc office tasks

Who are you?
You must be nice – helpfulness is part of your DNA and you truly enjoy being the go-to person in many matters.

Also,

  • You work structured – it comes naturally to you to build a process for something
  • You are detail-oriented
  • You always follow through on your tasks
  • You have experience with administrative tasks
  • You write and speak both Danish and English
  • Your English skills are really good – close to if not fluent
  • You can work approximately 20 hours per week. The number of work hours can be adjusted to your current situation. If you desire to work more, an average of 25 hours per week would also be possible.

Your educational background is not super important – but you must see yourself, your competencies, and your interests in the above.

Our office is newly renovated and located in the heart of the historic neighborhood Christianshavn, surrounded by canals and great little cafés and restaurants. We enjoy our lunch in the fabulous local Italian restaurant called Undici. We have plenty of light and air while being close to everything - including the metro, the canals, and the city center.
